The mission of the VTA is to be a highly ethical, nonprofit, sworn employee’s labor organization, sponsoring Departmental change in order to better the professional and personal lives of Virginia Troopers and to voice and promote positive change regarding job related issues that affect employee welfare and Departmental mission accomplishment.
In no way is the VTA sanctioned or endorsed by the Virginia Department of State Police.
